  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 30 days.

  • Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or Personalized Products: These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Damaged or Used Items: Items that show signs of damage, wear, or use are not eligible for return.
